NextGen Career Solutions runs permanent recruitment for the part of the UK market most agencies skim past on their way to the senior brief. How we run

One named consultant per brief

Briefed for fit, not just for skills

Junior hires live or die on culture fit and motivation. We dig into how the team learns, what onboarding looks like, who the line manager is, and what kind of energy actually thrives. Your shortlist gets calibrated to that, not just the keyword search.

Vetted before introduced

Right-to-work, references where applicable, qualifications, gap explanations and motivations all confirmed before a CV reaches you. The shortlist is what you act on, not what you start triaging.

What we will not do

Send CVs we have not vetted. Inflate salary expectations to win the brief. Pretend a candidate is keen when they are not. Pull a candidate from one of your competitors without their explicit consent. Run a search where the salary band looks low for the level we know it needs.
